Refund Policy – 7 Days (Digital Products & Services)
We offer a 7-day refund policy for our digital products and services, only in cases where the product or service has a verified technical error or is not functioning as intended.
- Refund requests must be submitted through an official email with complete details of the issue.
- Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed and transferred within 7 working days from the date of approval.
Important Note: Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the product or service did not meet your personal expectations.
- If the product or service did not deliver the results you anticipated.
- Any issue other than a verified technical error or malfunction.
Cancellation Policy
To request cancellation, you must send an official email with your order details before delivery/activation/work commencement..
Cancellation is allowed only before the product/service is delivered, activated, or work has started.
If the work is already under process, cancellation will not be possible.
3.Delivery Terms
We do not provide project deliverables on physical media (like CDs, USB drives, etc.). All project files and credentials are delivered digitally.
Once project access (e.g., login credentials, code files, etc.) is handed over, the client is fully responsible for managing them.

We have not authorized any individual or third-party organization to accept payments on our behalf. Please beware of scams or unauthorized agents.
We will not be responsible for any loss caused by making payments to fraudulent parties.
